A little piece of heaven, with scenery as wonderful as Scotland's. It's easy to get around, and there's somewhere new to discover every time you turn a corner. A car takes away from the experience. Take the bus.

The scenery is breathtaking, and it's a wonderful area for a relaxing trek. There are places to eat and picnic, as well as fresh mountain rivers, so it works for everyone from solo visitors to families. 10/10, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a change of pace.

The view felt surreal, and the water was so fresh, though chilly even in summer. You can get there by public transport, then there's a walk with a bit of hiking, around 30 minutes to an hour. It's better to bring your own food and picnic by the lake.

Such a beautiful place, and the path isn't too hard. We parked at San Martino for 7 euro per day, then took a bus to the start of the walking trail for 2 euro per person. You can also walk the route yourself, about 2-3 km uphill. The path wasn't clearly marked, and we didn't make it to the end, but the forest, surroundings, and little villages were still mesmerizing.

Very expensive and unfriendly. I'd suggest going to the Refugio a few steps farther up the valley.
