Apparthotel Jagerhof

We stayed for three nights and found the rooms clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location worked well for us, about an hour from Tre Cime and 30 minutes from Lake Braies. The town itself is quite small, with not much in it, but The Meatery next door is excellent if you're cooking at home. Our top-floor room got a bit unbearable during the hot days in mid-June, even with the doors and windows open. There was no fan or air conditioning. The kitchen was also missing scissors, which was inconvenient. I was glad there was an elevator, so we didn't have to carry our luggage upstairs, and reception held our bags for a few hours after checkout while we went out. The wifi was really poor, kept dropping and running slowly. I ended up using my phone as a hotspot, which was a hassle since I'm a digital nomad and have lots of video calls.

The room was clean, warm, and had everything we needed, and we were greeted at the hotel door by a smiling, helpful host. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and cost little. Parking was free for guests, and there was a ski depot on the property. The location was ideal for restaurants, the bus stop, and Kronplatz ski station. We had a great week and highly recommend it. We'll definitely return! :)

The owner was very friendly and speaks German, Italian, and English. It's a family-run hotel with shops and restaurants within walking distance, plus a playroom for kids. Our room was very spacious and had a good view of the Dolomites mountains. I gave it four stars because they could have taken out the trash each day, even though they don't clean the room daily.

The hosts were open, understanding, and focused on their guests. They did everything they could to make our holiday better, which we really appreciated. The place was clean, cosy, and well equipped. There's also a small shop downstairs where you can get local food and drinks.
