Astor Apartments&Suites

I went with nine people from my family and found the apartments very good. I think the owner works there, and he was respectful and nice. We checked out at 11 AM. There's a spa, swimming pool, and laundry room, though we didn't use the spa or pool.

The night before checkout, we found a note on the door asking us to clean the kitchen and threatening a 50 euro charge if we didn't. We usually leave places clean, but there were no cleaning supplies provided. There weren't any paper towels or dishwasher tablets either, and the dish sponge looked disgusting, like it had been there for years. Not even one coffee capsule for the morning, which seems like a basic thing for a hotel stay. The sauna shut at 7:30 pm, so it was already closed when we got back from hiking. There was no detergent in the laundry room, and a wash cost an outrageous amount. The dryer didn't dry our clothes, and we got just one piece of soap for the entire stay. If you need more than a mountain view, I wouldn't recommend this place.

The location was perfect, and the apartment was spacious, brand new, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for our trip. One of the best stays we've had in a long time. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We booked this apartment at the last minute for one night while visiting Lago de brais. The location was beautiful, and the rooms were very good. The kitchenette was small but enough to put together something quick. We had a comfortable stay, and the hosts were warm and accommodating. The spa normally closes at 7:30, but we arrived at 7:15 pm and they extended the hours just for us so we could enjoy it.
