Breakfast can be made to suit what guests like, with sweet and savory choices, filled croissants, jams, juices, and more. The women who run the house are so kind and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a big closet and a modern bathroom with heated floors. Bring your own hair dryer and shower gel or shampoo, as those aren't provided. We also loved the roomy terrace and its mountain views. Payment is cash or bank transfer, with no card option. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

Getting around was easy with the Alto Atesina organization, whether by public transport or on lovely walks through the countryside. The staff were all extremely friendly. The hotel itself is comfortable and peaceful, and breakfast is simple but has a full selection of really good sweet and savory options.

We had a wonderful time here. In the evenings, sitting on the balcony and hearing the waterfalls was so relaxing. The hostess was welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. Breakfast included traditional things like butter, cured meats, and bread. The place feels intimate and family-friendly, with clean, welcoming rooms. The vintage furnishings are in excellent shape, while the rooms have a more modern style.

Mrs. Auer has been running this place since 1970 and has some lovely stories to share. She made us feel so welcome. Our room was cozy, clean, and had a large balcony, and breakfast was simple but delicious. Haus Auer had much more charm than the hotel next door, so we're glad we chose it. Thank you!

The mountain view from the balcony was lovely, and the room was clean and nicely furnished. We felt at home right away after such a warm welcome. The price felt very good for what we got, and the location made it easy to explore the nearby lakes. We'd happily come back 😊
