The apartment had a lovely fresh, clean smell as soon as I opened the door. Everything was orderly, the furnishings felt high quality, and there was lovely attention to detail, from the Erice marble kitchen to the wrought-iron spiral staircase. I had the whole place to myself: two floors, large double bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, plus a bunk bed upstairs and a big terrace. Hygiene and cleanliness were impeccable. Mrs. Paola, her husband, and daughter were always available and shared ideas for food itineraries and places to visit. I especially enjoyed chatting with them. We stayed for five nights, and I found the room spotless every day. It was lovely and comfortable, with air conditioning. The owners were very kind and helpful. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stay here.

Valderice is a less touristy village at the foot of the hill from Erice, and this apartment was a great base for visiting Erice, Trapani, and the islands. Set in a small courtyard beside the church, it's close to a quiet little square with a handy bar for breakfast. The local pizzeria on the main street is only a three-minute walk away. The apartment is comfortable, welcoming, and well equipped, with two air-conditioned bedrooms for up to five people, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and small terrace. The owners were friendly and helpful, and it was excellent value for money.

We had a lovely welcome from the host, and there was plenty of free parking. The apartment sits in a small town between Erice and Trapani, and its upstairs terrace is big enough for everyone to sit down and eat together.
