The room was very clean, and we had an excellent view from the terrace. Breakfast was really, really good, especially the homemade Italian cakes, pastries, and yogurt. The owner, Sigra. Letizia, was kind and welcoming. Everything was great, and this was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it and will surely return. 10 out of 10. John, Lethy & Jeremy

Breakfast was very good, with croissants and cakes, and we had a good time at this nice hotel. Its position works well for both Bormio and Livigno. The person at reception had forgotten that we'd already paid through Booking, but we sorted it out.

I spent a weekend here to ski in Livigno and visit the Bormio thermal baths. The hotel's well placed for both. The staff were very friendly and ready to help whenever needed. I'd definitely stay here again.

Letizia really made the trip for us. After we checked out, although it was past 10 and breakfast had finished, she asked if we'd like something to eat before leaving. She brought us coffee, yogurt, bread, jam, and homemade pastries and cookies she'd made herself. We chatted in our limited Italian and learned she was the owner. The night before, my wife had been congested, and the same woman at reception made her hot tea and said to call if she needed anything else. She was lovely, friendly, and so helpful. Grazie mile, Letizia! My wife and I had come for a good rest after driving the famed Stelvio Pass in the Italian Alps. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and warm, with a fantastic view out the window. Everywhere you look in this part of Italy is breathtaking. The village and landscape look like something from a fairy tale. I can only imagine how it looks in winter under all that white snow.
