The private sauna and jacuzzi on our terrace were amazing touches, and the staff were kind and quick to help whenever we needed something. Everything was perfectly clean, which matters a lot to me. The hotel felt cozy, comfortable, and modern. It's a gorgeous place, and we'll definitely come back.

The spa area is very nice, and the garage parking is convenient, though lower cars might have trouble getting in or out. The rooms are very nice, clean, and modern, and for the price it's a decent deal. Staff are helpful and speak good English. The one issue, which may be understandable, is that dogs aren't allowed near the spa, not even in the enclosed, separate bar area. That's sad, since the hotel is otherwise very dog friendly, and I feel that should be an option.

The Wi-Fi was very poor, and the kitchen didn't have the basics for cooking. I booked this resort based on the attractive pictures on Booking.com and paid a large amount for the apartment I chose. On arrival, I was surprised to find a different apartment, overlooking a scary old house. They refused to move us, so please be warned.

There are nice walks by the river, a supermarket nearby, and a couple of takeaway places. I really liked the area, and there's a nice alpaca farm next to the hotel. The only noise was from road construction, which isn't the hotel's fault. A very decent stay, definitely recommend it!

The spa was a pleasure every evening, and the area is beautiful with lovely people. Livigno is about 40 minutes away by car, and the ski lift is a 100-meter walk. Parking is great, with a huge entrance for height. It's a nice, clean, practical resort, relatively new, and everyone was very friendly.
