After staying at this hotel for 15 years, this last visit left me completely disappointed. I paid 300 euro per night for an apartment with a Mountain View in the building next to the hotel, but at check-in they put me on floor -1 in the basement. The kitchen looked out over the parking area, and there was no bedroom view at all because the window was covered with film. When I asked why it had been described as Mountain View during booking, they said I should have checked whether it was a panoramic view apartment. The hotel was full, so they wouldn't move me. I'm a photographer and love the mountains. I booked this holiday and brought my cameras to enjoy the scenery and take great pictures, but my weekend was ruined. It's a shame to treat a guest this way while charging 300 euro a night for a basement room. I think this was my last stay at this so-called 5-star hotel.

The restaurant was great, with excellent food and service, and we loved the mountain view from our bedroom. We spent New Year's Eve here and everything was perfect. I thought this was an adults-only hotel. Loved the spa too!

We booked online about a month ahead for two adults and our son, but when we arrived, reception wouldn't let us check in because he was still three months short of his fourteenth birthday. A very rude woman at the desk, who seemed to be the manager, said they wouldn't accept him even for one day, so we had to leave our friends, the couple we were vacationing with, behind. Being turned away wasn't my only disappointment. Hotel guests at QC therme were allowed in with children even younger than my son, and the receptionist was completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

The spa was overcrowded, the staff were unfriendly, and service was nonexistent. I can't see how this is anywhere near a real 5-star hotel experience. Anyone giving this Hotel and Spa more than 2 stars is being very generous. I'm disappointed and don't know how I'll get through the next two days stuck here.

We stayed with extended family and a child and had a really good time. The manager and staff were kind and helpful. I left my tablet in the room, and they did everything they could to help me get it back. I think the place suits couples best, though that didn't cause any trouble for us as a family. I'd recommend it for a romantic break with your partner.
