Daniela was lovely, clearly knows her job, and was so eager to help that she even offered to feed us while the restaurant was closed. From the warm welcome to all the little ways she tried to please us, we felt right at home. She was always around, happy to chat, gave us great advice, and even helped us buy snow chains when heavy snowfall meant we needed them to get to Livigno. The location is beautiful and easy to reach, with private parking out front and the Bormio 2000 slopes just steps away. Our room was quiet, clean, charming and spacious, with warm wood and beadboard finishes. There were generous closets and drawers, plus more hangers and shelves than you usually get in a guesthouse. We slept well. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh bread and croissants, and Daniela brought anything extra we needed right away. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again.

Daniela and her staff were very kind and attentive to what we and our dogs needed, and they made the dogs feel welcome. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the food was excellent. It’s in a great spot, surrounded by greenery and close to charming places to visit. We’ll be happy to return!

We’ve only stayed once, but this is already our favorite place around Bormio. The mountain feeling is everywhere, and the quiet location works well for exploring the area. There’s parking, and we could bring our dog, who stayed in the room with us without any problem. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy, and the common areas made us feel welcome and at home. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful.

We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but it already felt like home. The kindness, courtesy, helpfulness and cleanliness really describe this place. The rooms aren’t especially modern or packed with amenities, but they have what you need to be comfortable: a desk, a roomy wardrobe that had been thoughtfully left slightly open before we arrived, a bed with a soft duvet and spacious bedside tables. The bathroom is small but well laid out, though I’d suggest a stronger bulb. There was plenty of light in the room, and we were lucky to have a mountain view, so waking up felt almost like a postcard. Dinner was excellent, with good quality, genuine food. We started with a much appreciated vegetable soup made with garden produce, followed by more traditional dishes. Breakfast was good too, all sweet, with a nice choice of warm croissants and homemade cakes. Highly recommended!
