Our room had a kitchen with everything needed to cook, and the hotel's location worked very well for our trip to qc terme. It would suit a one-night visit or a longer stay. The downside was an internal connecting door to another room, where there was a loud dog. We could hear every word the other guests said. I’m sure not all rooms are arranged this way, but if that might bother you, check that you’ll have a separate room before booking.

The view is amazing, and the place has a lovely, quiet small-town Italian feel. Check-in was quick since they ask you to send your details online before arriving. Our room was a spacious small apartment that could comfortably fit four, with a kitchen and microwave. There’s a supermarket next door for groceries if you want to cook. Parking is available on site, though it’s limited to one car per room.

The rooms are nice and otherwise everything is fine, but there’s basically no sound insulation. If someone farts upstairs, you can hear it downstairs. When nobody’s moving around the building it’s okay, but otherwise it feels like sleeping inside a washing machine, or with the door open.

A quiet spot close to Bormio centre, with a great room and a whohoo super bathroom 😃. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommendable.

Check what kind of room you’re being given before booking. You might wake up in one that feels more like a basement. We were put next to the sauna, and there was a party on the first night. It was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep all night. I wouldn’t recommend it!!
