This is a great base for Aquapark Cavour and Gardaland. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked well. The owner was kind and helpful 👍. There’s also a large swimming pool at the camping area that guests can use. The owners rent both apartments and camping pitches.

The apartments are spacious, and the staff are really nice. It’s a beautiful place, close to Borghetto and the Peschiera-Mantova cycle path.

We rented two apartments for a weekend and had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and well equipped, and both the woman who manages the place and the young woman who showed us the apartments were kind. We had a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, plus an outdoor table and umbrella. They’d also left coffee, tea, sugar, and a bottle of cold water to welcome us. There are two pools and a big green area here, along with the camper campsite. The location is great, just steps from Borghetto sul Mincio. We’ll be back!

The apartment smelled disgusting, damp and moldy, and the housekeeping was poor. For the “modest” price of €105 per night, the kitchen had very few dishes, no colander, no dishwashing liquid, and no dishwasher. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower either. It’s a studio with a wooden partition but no door, and although the windows were well curtained, they faced the road. There’s no parking reserved for the apartment. The website description didn’t match what we found. The large pool is in the agri-camping area, far from the apartments, so you have to cross a road and walk past private homes to get there. There’s another pool for “adults” only, which my 14-year-old daughter couldn’t use even though she was charged as an adult. For the same price, I’d be happy to show the owners what agritourisms in Tuscany’s UNESCO World Heritage sites offer.
