The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully served, and the staff were kind and attentive. My room was comfortable and nicely designed, while the whole place felt peaceful and charming. Everything seemed thoughtfully arranged, giving the hotel a warm, welcoming feel. I had a truly magical stay and would recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, memorable break. I’ll definitely come back!

This is a highly recommended Gasthof. The hosts are so friendly that you feel at home right away, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a different surprise each day. It’s a small, very cozy village, and the area is ideal for enjoying the mountains if you don’t ski.

We come to Valle Aurina often because we love it, and this visit was a real treat. The hotel had a lovely family-run feel, balancing cozy and casual with comfort and style. Everyone on staff was lovely. We had most of our dinners there, as well as breakfast. Everything was delightful, freshly made with quality ingredients. From Rio Bianco, the location is perfect for setting off on walks. We’ll definitely be back. Ellie, Owen, Aurelio and Ralphie ♡

We ended up here because it was the only restaurant open in Weißenbach on Tuesday. The staff were very kind, but the meal disappointed us. The fries seemed like they might be industrially made, and there was too much of everything in the tagliatelle.

A lovely honeymoon for us. The location, hotel, food, breakfast, and owners were all great. Perfect!
