The family was wonderful, and the views were beautiful. We found the apartment lovely and cozy, and the cats were really cute and friendly too :)

Lovely people and a beautiful place!

My negative review is about the property manager’s handling of our reservation, not the place itself. I never stayed there and certainly won’t in future. A week after I booked on Booking.com and received confirmation that the property was available, the manager contacted me to say they couldn’t host us because everything was already booked and they hadn’t updated the e-hosting yet. She said I needed to cancel. I explained that I’d chosen the non-refundable option, so cancelling myself would mean paying for the whole stay without using it, but she insisted Booking.com had told her I had to do it. I then contacted Booking.com. The operator said the property needed to make the cancellation after contacting them, otherwise I would have been charged in full. They also found alternative accommodation nearby at the same or a slightly higher price, with Booking.com paying the difference. I consider the manager’s conduct dishonest.

We loved the special atmosphere and how clean and well-kept everything was. The house had all we needed to cook and eat, and the bathroom was roomy with lots of towels. The owners were incredibly welcoming, even waiting until 10:30 PM to hand over the keys. It’s a lovely place among the mountains and greenery. My one suggestion would be blackout curtains, since morning light comes in. Thanks for everything, we’ll be back soon.
