Camping Vallecrosia

Really friendly staff, always smiling, and the campsite was clean and nice. We were very pleased and would recommend it. The only downside was the price, €55 for one night with a small tent, which felt expensive.

The location is what makes this place, right on the beach, and for me it gets 10/10. I stayed one night, October 11th. Facilities were excellent and very clean, and reception was friendly. The plots are close together, but each has its own space, so it wasn’t a problem. There’s a restaurant on site and others nearby. Wi-Fi comes and goes, but the sunset is 👌

The sanitary facilities were clean and the pitches fairly spacious, but the experience was mediocre at best. There’s almost no privacy from the three neighboring pitches, with no proper hedges or anything similar. I paid 50€ for just myself sleeping in my car, more than double my usual price nearby, which felt close to a rip-off. If you’re happy being packed into a row under bright lights at night, across from the sea but without a view, this is the spot.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Laundry costs 6 Euro: tell the woman at reception and she gives you a ticket to hand to the person who looks after that area. The pizza is great too. We got a spot where we could use the backyard garden in the evening. The beach is about a five-minute walk, with sunset or sunrise views, and the supermarket is nearby, around 10-15 minutes on foot. The restaurant is right across from the camp.
