Staying here gave us the quiet and relaxation we needed away from the frantic everyday world. Outside the city, the property is surrounded by a surreal silence, with only birdsong or wind in the branches to break it. The garden setting and the beautiful, quaint house create a real sense of well-being. Damiano, the owner, was kind, polite, and discreet, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. He was immediately available and took care to accommodate my needs and those of my family. The booking was well organized, and I was pleasantly impressed by the welcome on arrival. The description about being surrounded by greenery was what led me to choose the B&B. The rooms are clean and carefully maintained, with crisp white linens. The bathroom is clean and sanitized, spacious enough, and well designed. The porch is roomy, furnished with sofas, tables, and chairs, and made for quiet evenings, including enjoying delicious food. The generous breakfast area has a buffet with so many treats that you couldn't try them all. I recommend visiting.

The gated parking is included, the price is excellent, and the owner is friendly and flexible about arranging check-in. The accommodation is clean and set in a very quiet area, with spacious, air-conditioned rooms and a garden with sofas where you can relax after a day out. This has become a regular stop on my trips to Rome and the Valmontone outlet. It’s just 5 minutes from the outlet and Rainbow amusement park. To get to Rome, it’s convenient to drive for half an hour to the Cinecittà parking lot and take the metro from there.

The breakfast was excellent and had lots of variety, including homemade cakes and different drinks. We spent two days here to visit Rainbow MagicLand and Zoomarine. The property is surrounded by greenery and very conveniently located, just a few kilometers from the highway exit. Our room was clean and had the essentials. Highly recommended!
