We stayed four nights in June 2025 with our five-year-old daughter, and the hot tub and sauna area was breathtaking. The room was beautiful and clean, with magnificent views. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family, shown around the property, and taken to our room. They even gave us a WhatsApp number so we could call or message at any time. I’ve never had such a warm check-in or welcome, and I could happily have stayed for two weeks.

The garden sauna and jacuzzi were a real treat, with beautiful mountain views while relaxing. This is a small hotel with a friendly family feel, calm surroundings, and helpful, welcoming staff. Dogs are welcome, parking is right in front, and the lift makes getting luggage upstairs easy. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with shower gel and shampoo provided. Breakfast was Italian style, top quality, and delicious.

The staff were always lovely and friendly, and breakfast had everything we needed to start the day. A charming, peaceful place, comfortable and super clean.

The setting is beautiful, and I’d definitely come back. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly the whole time. Thank you.

The hotel itself is nice, but the staff were rude. I couldn’t check in after 8:30 pm, so I had to book another hotel for my first night. There was no customer service, and I expected some flexibility given the long trip from UAE.
