La Bottega del Falegname Guest House

We booked a room for two adults through a booking app, but when we arrived, the hotel said only a room for one adult was left and told us we had to leave. They didn't even try to help or support us, just said they didn't care. The way we were treated was rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Stay away, this could happen to you next time.

I wouldn't book this property unless you know exactly when you'll arrive. I expected to get there around 21, but unexpected traffic held me up twice for two hours, and I didn't arrive until 22.45. Booking said to contact the property for arrivals after 22, so I first messaged through booking and got no reply, then called. The lady who answered showed no sympathy or flexibility and said she wouldn't wait even one minute past 22:30. My car couldn't fly over the traffic, so I couldn't stay and had to find somewhere else nearby. There are many other places at a similar price with nicer owners. If your arrival depends on outside factors, like a flight, booking here is a risk.

The housekeeping was impeccable, with care given to every detail, and the owners were lovely, welcoming and always available. We had a wonderful time at this B&B. It's a pleasant place where you can feel right at home, and we absolutely recommend it!

Private parking is available on request, which was another plus. The owners welcomed us like family, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and had every comfort. The location makes it easy to reach attractions quickly. A well-deserved 5 stars! It'll definitely be our next stop if we're in the area again. WELL DONE!!!
