Old Farm Residence

The courtyard garden is a lovely place to sit on the fresh, well-kept grass, and there’s even the option of having a barbecue with the owner and other tenants. Old Farm has more than six flats spread across the large residence. Mine was in good shape, newly furnished, and equipped with what I needed for a short visit or a longer stay. There’s a bus stop nearby with service to Momo and Novara, plus a few shops on the surrounding street. Roberto goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I had a great experience, and it’s a relaxing spot for either a weekend break or a longer stay.

My apartment was spacious and had everything I needed. Roberto had even left out a bowl for my two dogs when I arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. I felt at home straight away. I’d found Roberto through word of mouth because I needed several weekend bookings through June. He was kind, helpful, clear with directions, and able to sort out what I needed. People can be wary of guests with dogs, since plenty of owners have seen others be careless. I always bring covers for the beds and sofas so I can keep the apartment clean. That kind of respect matters. Kindness like Roberto’s feels rare these days, and I wanted to say so. I’d highly recommend Old Farm Apartments.

Roberto is so kind and ready to help whenever you need something. The accommodation has a lovely charm, and the property has been restored with care. I’d be very happy to come back, either for another work trip or just to relax.

I spent three years here for work and left feeling very attached to the place. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the owner was friendly and always ready to help. Whenever an issue came up, it was sorted out within a few hours. The rooms stayed clean, with air conditioning in summer and warmth in winter. There was everything I needed, including covered parking, Wi-Fi, bicycles, washing machines, a fully equipped kitchen, an iron, TV, and toiletries. It’s well placed for seeing the area’s best sights, while the property itself stays peaceful and quiet. I can hardly think of anything wrong with the place, especially with the owner. Highly recommended.
