Affittacamere Il Mulino

A little gem in the hills of Varazze. I'd booked lunch on my way to Milan, but arrived an hour late, just after 2 pm, their official closing time. They still welcomed me and served me without any hesitation or pressure. The fresh Tagliatelli with Pesto & Vongole was super delicious, and I finished with their homemade brownie and an expresso. Everything was very reasonably priced. Thanks to the kind waitress and sous chef.

This family-run restaurant feels simple and welcoming, and the staff are even warmer. The menu is amazing, with traditional food alongside more unusual flavor combinations that are handled really well and turn out delicious. I'll definitely come back.

The restaurant was great! We started with huge French oysters, and they were delicious. The seafood pasta was a lovely first course, followed by excellent tuna. Dessert was worth saving room for, an amazing chewy brownie. The place was friendly to both dogs and families, which matters to us since our dog goes everywhere with us. We'd happily eat here again. Thanks for the service.

Bravi! We felt right at home, with excellent wine and incredible local recipes. Massimiliano and Marianna welcomed us with their warmth and shared their love for their Mulino. PS: Massimiliano, the RING!
