The suite's terrace is a plus, as is the central location, but there's barely any shade out there. I'm not asking for an awning, just an umbrella. The rooms are basic, and management keeps the mini-fridge completely empty; it barely works anyway. When we arrived, the shower drain was clogged. To open the French window, you have to move the bed. Reception couldn't give us any information. At breakfast, hot drinks come from vending machines. It's a 3-star hotel, so I expected at least the bare minimum.

The manager was nowhere to be seen, day or night, and there were no set meal times. The open space couldn't be used, and the electrical system was below standard. There was no bar or safe, cleanliness was poor, and the staff were unqualified and rude.

We had to wait for the owner to show up with the keys. Since it was still before check-in time, he wouldn't even let us change clothes so we could go to the beach. He says a B&B shouldn't have a reception, but I don't see why that follows. Besides, the sign says "hotel" and even advertises a restaurant. Terrible value for money. Some Ligurian hospitality!

It's right in the city center, with a grocery store and cafes close by, and the WiFi is strong. The hotel is nice, although there isn't a dedicated parking lot. You can park your car there, and public parking isn't far either. The breakfast sucks.

The room and bathroom were clean enough, but the service needs improvement. It's okay if you're only staying a few days.
