The service and kindness here are what will bring me back. The cuisine is excellent and they're always ready to accommodate requests. The waiters even come by during every course to ask if you want seconds. I've stayed in many hotels with more stars, but this one is much cleaner than those and impeccable in that respect. BRAVO, keep it up!

The food is good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's close to the beach and downtown, so I'd recommend it. For a 2-star hotel, it's excellent. The only problem is the bathroom: it's so small that sitting on the toilet is almost impossible.

I booked just two nights on Booking.com at a really good price. Beforehand, I called with a few questions, and the lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a spacious quadruple room with a balcony and a good-sized bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!

For the price, this hotel is excellent value. It's a five-minute walk, about 200 meters, from the sea, and a minute from shops. A flat, shaded alley also leads down to the sea if you want to skip the main road in the scorching sun. There are two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a hardware store, and other shops nearby, while the main street with restaurants and more shops is only two minutes away. The building is very old, with a beautiful lobby and an elegant, welcoming dining room that feels like a ballroom in an 18th-century noble castle. The gigantic handmade canvas paintings on the walls give it a class that's hard to find elsewhere. There are 46 rooms across three floors, and a large elevator. Free private parking is available, and there's a private playground for children that's really useful. The garden isn't well maintained, though it's not bad. The rooms could use some small improvements to earn five stars. The whole hotel has no air conditioning; only the dining room does. There are no fans in the rooms, but you can ask reception for one free of charge. Full board comes with very good home-cooked food and generous portions. The very kind waiters come by twice to ask if you'd like more of the dishes served at the table, and for that I'd give them five stars. Breakfast is a shame: it's only sweet, with no savory options at all. The cappuccino is made with instant coffee rather than espresso. If you ask for an espresso, they charge separately, as they do for all drinks with meals, which is fair. The bathrooms are the real sore point: so small you can hardly turn around, which is difficult with small children. There's no fridge in the room, so we brought one from home, the kind with wheels. Furnishings are basic, but the bed is very comfortable. There are no power outlets on the bedside tables, and if you want to charge your phone in the bathroom, you have to leave the light on. The price is really good, but a little effort from management could make the place top-notch. We'll be back!
