The staff’s genuine hospitality is what makes this hotel special. They always make me feel welcome, and the place has a warm, peaceful atmosphere even though it’s right in the center of town. I return whenever I visit Varazze, and it never disappoints. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, shops, and local restaurants. My room has always been clean and cozy. If you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well placed in Varazze, this is the one I keep coming back to.

A friendly family-run hotel, with helpful and kind staff. Breakfast has a good spread, and the espresso and cappuccinos are excellent. The rooms are a bit older, which I don’t mind, but the beds are firmer than I like.

The staff were friendly and very service-minded, and breakfast was included, with fresh, high-quality products and lots of choice. Our stay was very comfortable. The room was large, very clean, and quiet, with a big comfortable bed. We could see the sea from the balcony. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the center and just steps from the beaches and the promenade, with its shops and activities. We had a great time and look forward to staying again. Excellent experience, I recommend it.

The only reason I gave it two stars is the free bike, even though there was just one. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in Italy. There was no internet on my floor, so I had to switch rooms, but the new floor had the same problem. I ended up calling reception every half hour to ask them to restart the router. With no connection and only Italian TV channels, I felt trapped.

It’s about a two-minute walk to the sea, and the rooms on the upper floors even get a small sea view. The staff are nice, and the rooms are fine.
