Hotel Torretti

The staff were warm and quick to help, and the food was excellent. Such a charming atmosphere in a great location. Highly recommended.

The common areas really stand out, and the service was impeccable. There’s a wide choice of dishes, plus private parking, which is a big help in Varazze. Prices are on the high side but still fair for the location. The hotel manages to feel both classic and modern. Our second-floor room was excellent, with a very large bathroom, even if the furnishings were classic. I heard from other guests that some first-floor rooms aren’t as well maintained. I hope to return soon.

We’re already looking forward to coming back. The hotel was spotless, the cooking was excellent, and its central spot made getting around very easy.

I stayed at Hotel Torretti from May 2, 2025 to May 4, 2025. For the hotel's services, I give it five stars: it's right by downtown and handy for the pedestrian streets and seafront, the rooms are simple and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Having private parking is a real plus in a city where spaces are hard to find. The parking incident on the morning I left was another matter. I found a surprise with my car, as shown in the photo, and nobody said anything or alerted reception. At check-in they ask for your car keys so they can move the car, or say they'll call if there's a parking problem. The lot is admittedly small and cramped, but if you can't maneuver, you can just ask reception for help. The issue was sorted out in five minutes. That behavior felt rude, inconsiderate, and selfish, especially when basic courtesy and common sense would have solved it. My rating is only for the hotel's services.
