The setting is hard to beat, right across from the sea, and the rooms were clean. The owner was very helpful, and we mostly communicated through WhatsApp, which made late check-in possible. He also suggested places to park for free on Via Carlo Nocelli. Breakfast is served at the hotel next door. We only found that out on the afternoon of our second day, so we missed breakfast once. There are plenty of cafés around, luckily. A sheet in each room, or even an automated email, could easily explain things like breakfast, WiFi, and checkout. We left the key in the keybox but had to return to pay the visitor's tax. It would've been much easier if we'd known about that from the start.

The view was amazing, and the people were friendly. Staying here was worth it!

My parents, who are 85 and 82, could spend the whole day on the terrace admiring the sea from their room. The view was priceless, and it suited them perfectly. The location is very handy, close to the station, promenade, town center, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, and the woman who looks after it was very kind. Thanks as well to the owner for being so helpful.

The room smelled strongly of pickles, and the whole place looked run-down and deserted. I was the only guest and felt so uncomfortable that I checked out after one night, despite having paid a week in advance. The owner was no help at all and responded rudely. There was no free parking and no breakfast. The photos looked fantastic, but the reality was a huge disappointment, the worst value for money I've ever had. I don't know how this place got such a good rating. I've never had an experience like it and hope I never do again. I'm now in a four-star hotel with parking and a delicious breakfast, and it costs less.
