The owners were so kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with everything for an easy beach break. A beach club is just across the road, about 50 meters away, and there are nearby bars, bakeries, delis, tobacconists, and other shops. The Lungomare Europa walking and cycling path runs nearby too, connecting Varazze with Cogoleto and making a nice route for a long walk or run. Even though the main road is close, we couldn't hear outside noise thanks to the good insulation. Recommended.

The owner clearly cares a lot about her little treasure and always tries to find the best option for guests. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, and only a short walk from the sea and two minutes from the center, with the beach very close by.

We booked this new, welcoming apartment for a short family break. It was in a peaceful, quiet area and had a lovely sea view. Recommended.

The bed and sofa bed were both really comfortable. The villa has been renovated beautifully, and the apartment is lovely, roomy, and has all the comforts you need.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. The rooms were spacious, newly renovated, and kept in immaculate condition. The location was quiet enough for us to sleep with the windows open, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all close by. Communication was quick and friendly, and the courtyard had secure parking with charging stations.
