Guests can use the garden’s outdoor area, with fruit trees and ornamental plants all around. This B&B is in Varese’s Avigno neighborhood, near the center and at the foot of the UNESCO-listed Sacro Monte. The villa was renovated in 2015, when its mezzanine became a B&B. There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a sitting room used for breakfast.

For what we paid, it was hard to ask for anything more. The hostess was a delight, suggesting places to visit around Varese and even arranging dinner for us. Our room was new and clean, and there was free parking at the property. Breakfast was simple, with pastries, toast, jam, tea and coffee.

Giuliana was so helpful and kind, a 10/10 from me. The room was spotless and had its own bathroom, and breakfast was both plentiful and excellent. A really pleasant stay, highly recommend.

We stayed on July 16th and found a modern, well-equipped place, tucked among greenery but still conveniently near the city center. It was new and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with choices for people with food intolerances, and we were warmly welcomed. Thanks to Mrs. Giuli for being so available and helpful. I recommend it to everyone and will be back soon.

The owner was friendly, kind and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, orderly and practical, with modern furnishings. A really pleasant stay at an excellent B&B.
