After a busy day, this was a comfortable, convenient place to get a good night's sleep. The room was fairly spacious and cosy, and the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was really good, with a varied selection arranged attractively, and the service was very good as well. The staff were helpful. I’d definitely consider staying again if I return to the area.

Good value, helpful service, plenty of parking and a convenient location. Our room did need some freshening up, and honestly wasn’t what I’d expect from a four-star hotel, but for the good price I won’t complain. :-)

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. After that, though, things were disappointing. The room was dated and worn. There was hardly any equipment in the kitchenette, so it wasn’t useful for even basic self-catering. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned for a long time, which was unpleasant. Breakfast had an okay selection, but the dining room was packed and extremely noisy, not relaxing at all. The hotel restaurant was also a letdown, with below-average pizza. English was very limited among the staff, and pool towels cost extra. The pool water was so heavily chlorinated that we developed red rashes after swimming. The neighborhood is very quiet, with no restaurants or bars nearby, though there is a bus stop within walking distance for getting to other parts of the city. I appreciated the friendly service, but there were too many problems and I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. An excellent hotel, I recommend it.

The best breakfast we’ve had in Italy in recent years was here. There are enjoyable things to do too, including the pool, billiards and table soccer. Still, the hotel clearly has seen better days. The current operator seems to have rebranded it in a hurry, with signs taped up and strange laminated notes scattered around the shared areas.
