After an accident, my family had to find somewhere nearby to stay, and luckily the B&B had a room available. We didn't have a car, so they drove us to the garage the following day. Everything was just right, and we really appreciated how helpful and courteous they were. Thank you for all your kindness.

I liked the courtyard bougainvillea, though the WiFi wasn't working. The owners live on site, so they're right there if anything comes up. Rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed. The room itself was clean, with a comfortable bed and a newer bathroom that worked well. There are two rooms on the mezzanine, plus other terrace rooms you can enter from outside. It's a guesthouse rather than a B&B, with drink and snack vending machines in the courtyard. The building is rather plain, but the small courtyard garden is neat. For Pisa, the price is reasonable, and it's handy for Lucca, where stays cost more. ⭐⭐🌟

You'll need to get breakfast at one of the nearby cafes, since this is a guesthouse, not a B&B. The room and bathroom feel a little dated, like the '90s, but everything was clean, roomy, quiet, and worked fine. Thanks.

Serena is very friendly, and the room was clean, but I slept badly because of the noise from other people and the busy road right beside the place. The garden felt neglected and dirty, and it comes with mosquitoes and toads. The shower is old and awkward to use, and the location isn't great either, with the beach a 15-minute drive away. Honestly, I can't make sense of the positive Google reviews. Paying 85 euros a night feels like poor value when there's no real service. Despite what the listing says, this is an Afitacamere, not a B&B.
