Podere Vedelago

We finally had a peaceful New Year’s Eve away from the fireworks, with a spectacular dinner and our Ugo along for the mini break. The room was warm, welcoming, and lovely, and the owners were so friendly. They also had a vegetarian option at dinner. We had a wonderful time, everything felt perfect. Thank you, especially from Ugo❤️

The animals around Agriturismo Il Podere made it feel like home for all of us, including our two dogs and cat. There are alpacas, chickens, cows, a sweet St. Bernard, and even a dog area. The whole property is set up with guests traveling with pets in mind. We ended up staying in Vedelago while our home was being repaired during a crisis, and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owners welcomed us with open arms and were incredibly kind and helpful. We ate there every night. Nearly everything, from the cured meats and meat to the vegetables, is homegrown, and the care and quality came through in every dish. The food was divine. A warm, nature-filled place for an authentic stay. We highly recommend Il Podere.

Albert and Susan were so kind and helpful when I stayed here with my borderina. We felt right at home. The food was delicious and came in generous portions, and both the rooms and surroundings were very clean. We had a wonderful time, and I recommend it. We’ll definitely come back.

We’ll come back next time we’re in the area. The place is clean and comfortable, the food is excellent and locally sourced, and they pay close attention to what guests need. It’s a great choice when traveling with pets.
