We only wish we could have stayed longer. Roberto and Mariella were such lovely hosts and went out of their way to help us as two overland travellers. The older property has beautiful views from the room, stretching all the way to the sea. Thank you, Vigna dell'Agrifoglio!

The setting was lovely and relaxing, and breakfast was excellent. We were running late after hitting traffic, but the owners were waiting for us and greeted us as we got out of the car. One of the photos I took looks like a magazine shot because of the lighting. You asked me to come find you and say goodbye. I think you had stepped out, and we were in a hurry. Alla prossima!

The villa felt like a movie set, almost like staying in a castle, and the garden has a whirlpool, beach chairs, and tables to unwind. Even though we were the only guests, everything was spotless and well cared for. This was the best place we stayed on our trip along the Italian west coast. Roberto was welcoming and attentive, and made breakfast by hand at the right time, serving it in the living room. He also suggested places to eat and visit. There are guardian dogs, but they stay in a separate area, so there was no need to worry. Mille grazie again, Roberto, for such a lovely stay!
