We had a good breakfast, and the owners were welcoming, helpful, and discreet. It's a comfortable choice for families with young children, and a good place to spend a few quiet days away from the usual daily rush. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Maria and Mr. Gianni made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. They were kind, warm, and always ready to help, with the sort of hospitality you don't come across every day. The rooms were just as lovely as in the photos, well equipped, welcoming, and extremely clean. You can also eat at the property, with tasty meals at reasonable prices. It's up on a hill, but still close to the center of Velletri and about an hour from the capital. A great option if you're after a quiet, cool setting. I stayed at this beautiful property a few days ago and was very glad I did.

The drive up is the one thing to be ready for. It's steep enough that we climbed in first gear, with narrow roads and few signs, so it's easy to miss a turn and hard to turn around. A few more signs would help, and I imagine ice or snow could make the route tricky in winter. Once you're there, though, the views are beautiful and it's quiet and peaceful. The property itself is lovely, modern, clean, and clearly well cared for, with attention to detail. The hosts are kind, attentive, and know tourism well. The hostess is truly special. Beds were comfortable, rooms spotless, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety for different tastes.
