Sole&Scudo

The host was very professional, and the apartment is in a quiet area. It’s about a 15-minute walk to allianz stadium. I’d definitely stay here again.

The reservation handling was disappointing and left me with a lot of disruption to sort out. I booked because the property said it would accept pets, with a fee, and the extra rules they sent about the dog seemed perfectly reasonable. I answered openly, got confirmation that the dog was fine as long as I paid the fee, and then went ahead with the booking. Soon after, though, I was told the apartment had been “promised to others” and my reservation was canceled unilaterally, without warning or a real explanation. I regret leaving a negative review, but this felt unprofessional after the conditions had been accepted. I wouldn’t recommend it to people traveling with pets or anyone expecting clear, reliable communication.

The host was kind, helpful, and precise throughout our stay. We spent five nights there, and the place was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with all the comforts a family might need. I’d highly recommend it.

The self check-in was easy, and the instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Compliments to Lidya, who was especially thoughtful and precise.
