The food was a real highlight. Breakfast leaned sweet, as you'd expect in Italy, but there were plenty of fresh savory choices too. Dinner came with a salad buffet and three courses, each with four options, and they even messaged us on WhatsApp before we arrived so we could pick the first night's meal. The location worked perfectly for us: the main shopping street is nearby, the beach is a three minute walk with an umbrella and loungers included for the stay, and Caribe Bay is about five minutes away. There's a bus stop at the hotel with a direct number 5 connection to Punta Sabbioni and the ferry to Venice. Parking and bicycles are free. They keep your car keys at reception to move cars if needed, though mine was moved just once in a week. What made the stay stand out most was how welcome we felt. Everyone, from reception and restaurant staff to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. The other guests were unusually warm too; I heard several were regulars, including one woman from Bavaria who'd been coming for 15+ years. Our room had air conditioning, free WiFi, a balcony with a chair and small clothes rack, and daily cleaning with fresh towels. The family owned hotel is well kept. Some things show their age, like the standard room bathroom and elevator, but they're gradually being renewed and everything worked well. We'd definitely return. A special mention for Chiara in the restaurant. She was like an Italian auntie to our toddler, fitting in a quick game of hide and seek or a little chat whenever they met, while keeping the service smooth and professional.

We had a really lovely stay and would be glad to come back. The family atmosphere was especially nice, and I'd recommend the hotel. The food was very good at both breakfast and dinner, with plenty of tasty options. I also appreciated the daily cleaning. Every employee was polite, friendly, and accommodating, and the reception ladies were always pleasant and ready to help with any request.

The location was handy, with shops and restaurants nearby and the beach just a two minute walk away. We spent three nights there over a weekend. The room was very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel, and the bar stays open in the evening. Breakfast was good too.

The coffee is a treat, definitely worth trying. The hostess was so kind, and the rest of the hotel staff were just as gentle with us. One of the best hotels in Jesolo!

Best, best, best. Everything was neat and clean, with free parking and a private beach. Breakfast was included too. The cherry on top was how warmly every employee welcomed us, all the staff were so gentle.
