The rooms were in awful shape. The beds were uncomfortable and not hygienically clean, and the walls and ceilings were filthy. There were earwigs in the building, including behind the beds on the walls, as well as the many mosquitoes, which are somewhat normal there. Honestly, this was the worst accommodation we've come across in Italy, and it wasn't remotely worth the price. You could get somewhere much better for the same or less money nearby, or in Jesolo or Caorle. There were some positives: the location is very good and close to the beach, with plenty of parking. The two staff members did their jobs very well, especially Mr. Andrija from Croatia, who tried to listen to everyone and help however he could. The sun loungers were arranged well and there were enough of them. The pool and the promenade around the facility were cleaned every day.

The main reason to come here is that it's right on the beach. Beyond that, the extra charges add up, even for cleaning after your stay. If the previous guests didn't pay for it, you get the floor as they left it. Ours was filthy. Bed linen, towels, and air conditioning also cost extra. The rooms are very basic, with a tiny shower, and the kitchen barely has equipment, just a couple of cooking pots and no pans. We weren't given extra toilet paper. At reception, the man spoke only Italian or German, and the city tax had to be paid in cash.

A nice place if you're into the sea. Just know there’s karaoke at night, and sometimes some sort of disco too.

It's a lovely place to stay, close to the beach and the pool, among other things. The problem is the millions of mosquitoes attacking all day long. :-(

We were very happy with our stay. The price was good, the private pool is great, and the sea is only 100m from the hotel.
