Alessandra made me feel so welcome. She took time to point out different parts of the city on the map and explain what was there, and she always greeted me with a warm smile. Her dedication to the guest experience deserves recognition. I felt valued throughout my stay, and the hotel was superb. The staff made a point of getting to know us, chatting from check-in through departure and sharing useful local suggestions. They also brought a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to my room for my birthday, arranged our water taxis to the restaurant, and organized drinks for us to enjoy onboard. They really went out of their way to make the stay feel special. Our suite was beautifully decorated, with ornate ceilings, spotless housekeeping, and all the comforts we needed. I slept incredibly well and woke up refreshed. Breakfast had lots of choice and the staff were attentive. When we called reception for a steamer or iron, it arrived in our room within minutes. The hotel is about a four-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, a great base for exploring Venice. Everything exceeded expectations, and the team made the visit memorable. We didn’t have time to try the beautiful spa this time, but we’ll be back to enjoy it. Thank you.

The spa massage was fantastic, and breakfast kept me full. The hotel is beautiful, with a great bar and the best Cosmos I’ve had in Venice so far. The staff were kind and helpful. A fabulous stay, highly recommend.

A good choice if you want to step away from the feel of an American hotel without taking a gamble. It’s a beautiful place on a narrow canal, with marble everywhere. The room was nice, and it had the best shower of the three hotels I stayed at on my last trip to Italy.

We arrived early in the morning after a long journey, and our room wasn’t ready. The staff kindly let us use a space in the lobby to freshen up, which was a thoughtful gesture. They were friendly and accommodating from the start. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a modern, well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast each day was delicious. Hotel Ai Reali is ideally placed for exploring Venice, just a short walk from the Rialto, and it was convenient to return during the day between sightseeing. We loved our stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, central, comfortable place.
