The rooms looked fairly new and were clean, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was so hard that it was difficult to sleep, and ordinary conversation and TV noise from the next room came through clearly. The road outside is loose gravel and dirt. Staff were slow to answer messages, and there’s no guest service on site. The towels were old and rough, with nowhere to hang them. Basic comfort details seem to have been overlooked.

The room was clean and the building seemed fairly new, with convenient bus access to Venice and Marco Polo Airport. Still, the hard bed and pillows made it difficult to rest, and there was only one pillow per person. Thin walls meant we could hear nearly everything from next door, including bathroom sounds. We also had ants, and the refrigerator didn’t get properly cold, so I wouldn’t trust it with things like milk or mayonnaise. Getting around the property was awkward too. It’s in an industrial area, with a dark street and an unpaved dirt road outside. Even moving bags from one side to the other meant dragging them over the dirt, which would be worse in wet weather. There was nowhere to hang wet towels or open luggage except on the floor. Questions and problems got slow or limited replies, and there’s no on-site service, so messaging is the only way to reach anyone. It was a poor stay, short on simple comforts you’d expect in a hotel or even an Airbnb room.

The room didn’t have the electric kettle shown in the property photos, and the coffee machine wasn’t working. The cups hadn’t been cleaned properly, and one even had a dead bee stuck inside. We also arrived to find no toilet tissue in the washroom, which was inconvenient. The cleanliness and facilities fell short of what was advertised. I was disappointed, and hope management fixes these issues for future guests.

Everything was quiet and otherwise fine, and the apartment was clean, new, and nicely equipped with closets, a fridge, and a new shower. The main problem was a strong tobacco smell when we arrived. We left the place open all day, but it still hadn’t gone away, which was bothersome. The towels were a bit worn, though they were usable.
