Karaoke was the one bright spot. The service was terribly disorganized: waiters wandered around carrying dishes and asking people what they'd ordered. We waited 15 minutes just to get a menu, then another 15 to place our order. The table beside us was served while we waited; they ate at their own pace and left after about half an hour, and another couple took their places. They were served around 15 minutes later. When we reminded the staff that we'd ordered well before them, they checked with the kitchen and calmly told us two other orders were ahead of ours. We felt cheated and left without eating.

We sat there for 40 minutes and nobody came over to ask us anything. The service was bad.

Had a great time, and the food was really good.
