Rosa made us feel at home, and the place was warm and welcoming. A lovely base for a Venice visit.

I hardly saw Rosa since I was out early and back late most days, but when we did meet she was warm, helpful, and easy to talk to. The room, dining area, and bathroom were all spacious and tidy. It's only a five-minute walk to the bus stop, which makes getting to Venice and back straightforward. Everything at Rosa's place was just right.

Clean, and really affordable.

There's a garden in the quiet inner courtyard, and the apartment is both clean and welcoming. The train station and bus stop for Venice's historic center are close by, while Mestre's center is an easy walk. Off-site parking is available and convenient. Recommended!

Rosa was so kind and ready to help, and getting into Venice was easy. We had a lovely stay in her clean, cosy apartment, and I'd happily return.
