B&B Palazzo Europa

We were very satisfied with our stay. The bed was comfortable, everything was great, and the staff were really nice and relaxed. It was extremely cheap for what they offered, and on both days they surprised us with breakfast in bed and a cute heart made from towels shaped like swans. It’s only about ten minutes from the station to Venecia. Getting inside was confusing: go just outside the garage on your right. Since it’s a B&B with no reception, it works more like an ordinary apartment.

The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and neatly arranged, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was top-notch too. I absolutely loved my experience and would visit again. This hotel deserves five stars.

We booked a room with two beds and AC, but management kept insisting we’d booked one bed for two people. When we were finally shown a room with two beds, the second was only a cot, and the AC was fitted to a wide-open window and did nothing on a 90-degree day. The room was dirty, with insects crawling on the floor. We asked to cancel and get a refund, but were refused, so we paid and went elsewhere. There are much better places nearby for the same price. This isn’t a hotel. It’s a rundown apartment in a shabby building made into a B&B, and the business felt like a scam. The management was difficult and dishonest. Most of the five-star reviews seem to be from users with only one review, and bookings are non-refundable, which makes me think you may decide to leave once you see the accommodation.

The breakfast was well worth the price, and the place felt secure and peaceful. Everything was clean, and the reception staff were helpful and knew how to sort things out. A nice stay for the money.
