We stood out in the cold for an hour after booking a room. The owner didn’t answer our calls, then finally told us there wasn’t enough space and we couldn’t stay.

Really pathetic. Don’t choose this place. It’s not actually a hotel, just a floor with four rooms and a shared washroom.

There was no damage. The reservation said the bathroom would be private, but it was shared. The manager was yelling, and I felt there was no respect or trust. The whole situation left me feeling insecure.
