The host was good and super friendly, and breakfast was good too. There’s parking for a rental car, which was handy. I preferred staying here to being in Venice itself: it’s a five-minute walk to the bus, then about ten minutes into Venice, so you can avoid its crowded streets. Recommended!

The building has an elevator, and getting in feels secure: you’re given two keys, with one opening the closed front gate to the lobby. Our room was large and very clean, with the bed setup we’d requested, comfortable beds, and fresh towels. The big bathroom had a shower cabin and toiletries. They also left water in the mini fridge and provided a safe.

Paolo and Cinzia, thanks for looking after us so well! The hosts were helpful and the room was lovely and very clean. It’s a convenient base for visiting Venice, and the best place I’ve ever stayed. I’d highly recommend this B&B.

The owners were friendly and the B&B was really nice. Their English was limited, but they managed to explain how to get around and what to do in Venice. The rooms felt new and were clean, and the neighborhood was peaceful. There’s a supermarket close by, and the bus ride to Venice takes about ten minutes.

The room was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. The owner was nice, gave good information, and provided good service. The bus stop for Venice is nearby, and the ride takes only ten minutes.
