Communication seemed to be a problem. I was stuck outside the door for more than two hours and couldn’t get in, which ruined my travel plans. Time matters when you’re travelling, so the experience was frustrating. It might be better to include the tourist tax in the accommodation price. If all communication is handled online, the service should be improved to serve guests of different ages and backgrounds, instead of being so focused on the host.
The place is beautiful, but it’s a shame the room isn’t reserved for just one person. Cleanliness could be better, and I wouldn’t recommend it for fewer than four people. It has a lot of potential, which makes that a shame.
