The one thing going for it was the bus stop right outside. Otherwise, I can’t recommend this place. We stayed two nights in April in a room beside the owner’s private room, and it was loud. Toilets in all the rooms were so noisy that other guests using them could wake you at night. The room also needed cleaning. I’ve posted photos: there were marks left by previous guests, toothpaste on the mirror, and all sorts of dirt behind the bed. The mattress needs replacing, and the bathroom looks poorly done, like an amateur renovation.

Alessandro was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast included hot milk and fresh coffee, along with boiled eggs, butter, croissants, muffins, Nutella, jam, tea, cocoa powder, and cookies. The apartment is close to a bus stop, so getting to and from Venice’s historic center is easy; there’s also a supermarket and pizzeria nearby. The room was a nice surprise: small and simple, but cozy, with air conditioning, a wardrobe, bathroom accessories, and Wi-Fi. There’s a shower stall, though the plumbing is a little noisy. We left with a great impression!!!

We came from Poland and were very satisfied. The owner was friendly, helpful, and met all our needs. We arrived with small children without telling them in advance, and they provided beds and breakfast for the children free of charge. The room was clean, the bathroom renovated, and there were two towels per person, toiletries, a kettle, hairdryer, mineral water, and a refrigerator. Breakfast was excellent, and free parking was available. The place was easy to reach, close to the highway and the port for the Costa Luminosa cruise. There’s a pizzeria next door with fresh-from-the-oven pizza that was very good and fairly inexpensive. I recommend it for the price of a room with bathroom and for the location.
