Claudio and his family made the apartment feel warm and welcoming, like a home away from home. It’s close to a bus stop, which made sightseeing easy, and also near the airport. I’m especially grateful that Claudio told me to call him if I ever needed help in Venice, even after checking out. When I was returning for my departure, he answered my questions about the train and my stay in general. I’ll definitely come back.

The location is nice, in a quiet area and close to the tram into Venice. The antique furniture was okay, though the bed squeaked.

Claudio was a great help with anything we needed in Venice, and a genuinely excellent person. The house is a classic Italian place with basic amenities for either a short or longer stay. It can accommodate a family of up to five, two adults and three children. The facilities are over 20 years old, though, and you can tell they’ve aged.
