Hotel Cris

We stayed three nights at Hotel Cris and were very pleased with the clean room, ample breakfast, and warm hospitality. When we told the staff we’d be checking out before breakfast, they surprised us with a breakfast platter in our room. The bus stop and train station are within walking distance, and one 15-minute bus ride gets you to Venice. I highly recommend getting a bus and boat pass for unlimited rides.

During our short stay in Venice, the Hotel Cris staff went out of their way to make sure my family and I had everything we needed. Anna, one of the staff members, represents the hotel so well and made it feel like home. I was very pleasantly surprised, and I’ll absolutely return and recommend it to my traveling friends.

We had a car, and parking at the hotel meant we could avoid traffic and parking hassles in Venice. A bus stop very close by made the trip into the city easy and convenient. The location worked perfectly for our trip, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Thanks for everything!

The hotel is clean, bright, nicely decorated, and has a pleasant feel. My single room was a good size, and the bathroom wasn’t cramped. It even had a bidet. The staff looked smart in their uniforms, were friendly, and gave good service. Breakfast was good too. Nearby, there are shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s a great base for visiting Venice, with the train station and bus stop only a short walk away. Buses are frequent and cheap, and the ride into the city takes 10-15 minutes. There wasn’t anything I disliked, though a coffee maker and especially a fridge would have made it excellent. Would I stay again? Yes 🙂
