The bedrooms and dining area are the only shared spaces here, there isn’t another common room. Our room faced the street and was large; the other couple had a tiny room off the same hallway. We were comfortable, and Venosa is quiet at night. Parking was easy, usually just across the street. The rooms were perfectly clean and the bathrooms nicely renovated. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown: packaged croissants, no choice of breads, though there were mini yogurts in the fridge. We soon found a tiny coffee shop in a nearby piazza and went there each morning for fresh croissants and cappuccini. The location is very good. We also found terrific restaurants in Venosa, a wonderful surprise, with both sophisticated food and home cooking to choose from.

Angelo and Rosa were incredibly kind and always available, with great suggestions for places to eat and things to see. They made us feel at home. We spent five nights here as the first stop on our Basilicata tour and couldn’t have chosen better. The property is elegant and meticulously kept, bringing back the feel of earlier times with today’s comforts. It’s centrally located, and parking is easy to find. Highly recommended!

The owners were so kind, and the attention to detail, cleanliness, and location all stood out. The six of us stayed in three rooms, and the experience was better than we’d imagined. I’m sure anyone staying here would be happy. Thank you!

Rosa is wonderful, welcoming, and really knows how to make guests feel at home. The apartment is elegant, orderly, and beautiful. We spent four days in Venosa at this B&B and couldn’t have picked a better place. It’s centrally located. Highly recommended!

The owners really pay attention to their guests. The place is clean and well maintained, with an excellent central location in this lovely town and parking always available. I had a great experience and this will be my usual place on future visits. Highly recommended.
