We loved the terrace views over the lake from Penthouse Federico, and our host was always kind and helpful. This traditional Italian house in the historic village of Suna made for a lovely holiday at Lago Maggiore. We’ll definitely come back. The lake is only a few steps away, so we could swim each morning and spend time by the beach, or visit the lovely pool spa on the lakefront. Around the house we found everything we needed, from a bakery and small shops to plenty of good restaurants, cafes and bars. There was even a chic cocktail bar where young Italians meet. Free parking and Wi-Fi were included, too.

We found the apartment very clean, which we appreciated most. It’s comfortable and functional, with useful things already there like a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and high chair. The welcome was warm and professional, with that Italian style. The location works well for the lake, swimming pool, boat trips and restaurants. A really pleasant, relaxing holiday spot that we’d recommend.

We had a lovely holiday, thanks, Lory and Alessandro, and see you soon! The apartment was tidy, fully equipped and had a terrace, in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Communication was easy, and the host was very friendly. They’d put together a folder with all the information we needed about the area.

Residenza Silvana was a wonderful base for all kinds of outings, from hikes and lake visits to walks around Verbania. The apartment was lovely and clean, and having free parking was handy. We had a perfect holiday.
