Truly filthy, with people who were rude and clearly unsuited to the job. I have nothing to say about the breakfast. The owners kept shouting at each other late into the night. €80 a night just to sleep, on the outskirts of Vercelli? Horrific. Starting tonight, they’ve definitely lost three workers. Because of the lady’s rudeness, we’ll be staying at the hotel next door for the next three months instead.

The generous breakfast was a plus, and the place was clean and comfortable. It’s family-run and welcoming, and handy if you’re driving into Vercelli.

The family who run the place were friendly and welcoming, and cleanliness was acceptable. It seems to be used mostly by workers. My double room for single use cost €60, a low price that matched the description. There’s free parking on site for 6/7 cars. The two-story building has no elevator. My room was large, with old furniture and a persistent musty smell. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged, with just two mini jam boats.
