My room was cleaned daily and stayed spotless. The staff were so welcoming and always ready to help with anything.

8/10
The mosquitoes and bugs around the place were a downside, and the shower in my room was very small. Still, the food was alright and the service was really nice. They cleaned the room each time I went out, and I liked having the mini fridge under the desk. I was there on a family trip.

We had hot water problems twice around midday, and the AC wasn't working. The front desk staff were very helpful, though.

4/10
I couldn't sleep all night during my one-night stay because the AC wasn't working. I complained several times, but nothing was done, and they didn't provide a fan.

10/10
The restaurant food was very good, and the staff were the friendliest people in Vercelli. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They also recommended Marco as a taxi driver, and he was fantastic. We used him lots. I'd recommend this hotel.
