The beds were really comfortable, and the apartment was clean with everything needed for a stay. It’s a peaceful, welcoming place, and the staff were very kind and always ready to help. We’ll definitely come back.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and well looked after, with stylish, original furnishings. Nothing to complain about, especially at such an affordable price. It’s in Balze, near the climb where you can explore the source of the Tiber River on Monte Fumaiolo.

Mario was incredibly kind and helpful. He let us put our bikes in the indoor garage and park our car outside. Our small two-person apartment had everything we needed, was comfortable, and was well-priced. From the windows, you get a magnificent view of the mountains. It’s 200 meters from the little village of Le Balze and close to lots of hiking trails. We had a great time, thank you.

The attic apartment is cozy, but the ceiling is so low you could bump your head a few times. It’s okay for a short stay, though I’d find it really uncomfortable for longer.
